Samsung has launched Samsung Galaxy On Nxt 64GB variant aka Samsung Galaxy On Nxt 2017 Edition today in India at Rs 16,990, while Huawei Honor 6X 64GB variant was launched in India in January this year at Rs 15,999. Let's keep these devices head to head and compare them on the basis of specifications.
Design and Display
In terms of Design and display, there is not much to choose here as both has a metal unibody design and features a 5.5-inch (1080x1920 pixels) full-HD IPS display with 2.5D curved glass protection. As far as fingerprint scanner is concerned, Honor 6X has it on the back panel while in Galaxy On Nxt the scanner is embedded in the Home Button. If I have a choice to make, I'll go with rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Processor, Memory and OS
Not only looks that matter, what matter most is the lag free performance of the smartphone, which is driven by powerful processor and Memory. The Samsung Galaxy On Nxt comes with a 1.6 GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7870 processor with Mali T830 MP1 GPU for graphics. It also comes with 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which is also expandable up to 256GB via dedicated micro SD slot, while the Honor 6X comes equipped with Huawei's own Kirin 655 octa-core (4 cores at 2.1GHz + 4 cores at 1.7GHz) chipset with Mali-T830MP2 GPU paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, which is expandable upto 128GB via microSD card. Here Huawei Honor 6X holds an upper hand with powerful processor and 4GB of RAM which helps to boast the device's performance. On the other hand, Galaxy On Nxt has an upper hand in only expandable storage capacity, which can hold upto 256GB and has a dedicated storage slot, where as Honor 6X lacks dedicated storage slot, as it comes with Hybrid SIM slot.

On the front, there is only a 5-megapixel selfie camera. Interestingly, both the cameras on On Nxt come with LED flashlight. Samsung has always been known for their good performing cameras. However, the Honor 6x holds the fort here with its Dual rear camera setup and higher resolution front-facing camera.
Battery and Connectivity
In the battery department, Honor 6x has a negligible edge with 3340mAh mAh battery compared to 3300mAh battery in Samsung Galaxy On Nxt. For connectivity, both the phones offer 4G VoLTE, WiFi, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, 3.5mm headphone jack etc. Both the devices have micro USB port for charging and data syncing.
